16th SC meeting in Budapest
The 16th Steering Committee (SC) meeting of the NATO Centre of Excellence for Military Medicine (MILMED COE) took place on 28-30 November 2016 in Budapest, Hungary. MILMED COE Sponsoring Nations' (SN) representatives from Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Romania and the United Kingdom of Great Britain participated at the event.
Director visited Germany
The Director of the NATO Centre of Excellence for Military Medicine (MILMED COE), COL Dr. László Fazekas made an official visit to Koblenz, Germany in November 2016, where he met with LTG Dr. Michael Tempel, Surgeon General of the Bundeswehr for talks on how to strengthen the partnership between the Bundeswehr Medical Services and the Centre.
Presentations of 3rd FHP Congress available!
The NATO Centre of Excellence for Military Medicine Deployment Health Surveillance Capability Branch (DHSC) in cooperation with the German Armed Forces Hospital and the German Society for Military Medicine and Pharmacy (GSMMP/DGWMP) successfully organized the 3rd Force Health Protection Congress on Tropical Medicine and Infectious Diseases on 19-21 September 2016 in Hamburg, Germany.
